2023
- We started off 2023 with an event held on June 10th. Suzanne Litty, Elaine Cox, Lil Lord and Nancy Thompson shared memories of growing up in Oxford. Tot O’Mara was our moderator. The video of the event is available here.
- Our second event was held on July 8th. Jean Nollmeyer, Pam Baker, Barbara Hartshorn, and Dorothy Fenwick covered the highlights of the history of the library. Pam Harrison, current president of the library, will talk about its future. The video of the event is available here. We apologize for the poor sound quality. Our videographer had technical difficulties that were not identified until after the event concluded.
- On August 12th we heard the story of St. Paul’s Church, An Oxford Treasure, shared by Jennifer Stanley and Joe Balderson. Enjoy this lively video of the conversation between Jenny and Joe, telling the story of multiple renovations and restorations.
2022
- The first installment of the Memories and Musings program was held on June 11th, 2022. This event featured Howard Lapp and Dorothy Fenwick recounting the history and creation of the mural on the side of the Oxford Market building. The video of the event is available here
- The second event was held on July 23rd, 2022. The “Caper Crew” (Ray Stevens, Tom Bixler, Sid Campen and John Pepe) recounted their many escapades over the years. The video can be viewed here.
